APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you are unable to attend an appointment, I request that you provide at least 24 hours advanced notice via email or text. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another client, a client on the waiting list, or a client with a clinical emergency. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, please note that you will be billed for the entire cost of your scheduled appointment.

The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 50 minutes. It is up to you, however, to determine the length of time of your sessions. Requests to change the 50-minute session needs to be discussed with the therapist in order for time to be scheduled in advance.
